仕事内容:

当社は、人材業界で事業拡大を続ける成長企業です。

今回は、役員直下で事業を推進する「役員付き秘書」を募集します。

役員の右腕として、営業活動・事業運営を支える業務をお任せします。

具体的には

・商談・打ち合わせへの同行、同席

・商談内容の整理・議事録作成

・クライアント・社内メンバーとの日程調整

・スケジュール管理・優先順位整理

・営業資料の準備・修正

・役員業務の効率化・改善提案

※単なる「言われたことをやる仕事」ではありません

※成果を出した分、裁量も業務範囲も広がります

本ポジションは、いわゆる"サポートだけの秘書"ではありません。

営業・商談・事業推進を支える重要ポジションとして、成果に応じて正当に評価されます。
