仕事内容:

日本ホイストは、ホイストと呼ばれる巻上機を用いたクレーンの製造メーカーです。

この度はクレーン導入を技術的にサポートする、技術営業スタッフを募集します。

製造工場では、クレーンを使い重量物の運搬を行いますが、どのようなクレーンシステムを導入するかによって作業効率が大きく変わってきます。工場内の環境やニーズに合わせて最適なシステムをカスタマイズ提案していただきます。

※クレーンに関する知識やコンサルティングスキルは研修やOJTで習得します。先輩社員が丁寧に教えますので、未経験でも安心してご入社いただけます。

※お客様は代理店よりご紹介いただきますので、新規開拓営業はありません。

具体的な業務フロー

①要望ヒアリングおよび工場視察

②企画・提案を実施し受注

③設計担当に依頼して図面作成

④製造 ※ここは担当外です

⑤運搬・取付・工事の手配・立会い

⑥試運転・引渡

⑦アフターサービス

研修と配属について

入社後は、広島本社で半年間の研修を受けていただき、研修終了後に正式な初任地を決定します。

初任地は、大阪府大阪市、滋賀県大津市、兵庫県姫路市、富山県富山市のいずれかに配属予定です。

月給:280,000円~340,000円

※月給には職能手当および地域手当を含みます。

【想定年収】

・450万~600万円+その他の手当

※経験・スキルを考慮のうえ決定いたします。

【モデル年収】

・入社5年目(30歳前後):650万円

・入社10年目(35歳前後):750万円

【昇給】

・年1回:5,000円〜10,000円/月(実績)

【賃金の締日・支払日】

・賃金締切日: 固定(月末)

・賃金支払日: 毎月21日(当月払い)
