A. 決算業務を中心とした経理実務とチームマネジメントを担当します。期末決算業務(試算表作成、仕訳入力、勘定残高チェック、決算仕訳)や若手スタッフへの教育・指導、業務フローの見直し・マニュアル整備による効率化推進などをお任せします。

A. PCA会計ソフトを使用してデータ管理・操作を行います。社内外向け資料作成や人事評価・勤務管理などの人事労務マネジメント業務も一部担当いただきます。

・経理実務経験(目安:3年以上)

【歓迎】

・決算(期末)を一貫して担当した経験

・スタッフ指導経験:後輩育成やOJTによる指導実績

・PCA会計ソフト(または同等の会計システム)操作スキル

・コミュニケーション能力:他部門や監査法人との折衝・調整ができる

・経理業務の進捗管理経験

・業務改善/標準化プロジェクト参画経験

・部下マネジメントの実績(3名以上のチームリード経験)

・日商簿記検定1級または同等の会計資格
