店舗設計・施工の調整担当【東京】未経験〇建築や内装に興味がある方一蘭店舗を作りませんか?
【仕事内容】
新店舗や既存店のリニューアルにあたり設計後の施工のメイン担当業務をお任せします。
店舗設計図に基づいて、施工会社様や社内各部署との調整業務が主な業務です。※施工業務は無し
【具体的な業務内容】
- 一式図、設備図のチェック
- 見積精査及び価格交渉
- 現場調整業務
- 新規施工業者様開拓
- チーム内で使用するツール(ソフト/ハード)の提案/導入/ブラッシュアップ 等
※国内外の出張対応有
(国内)着工時と竣工時に1~2週間程度を想定
(海外)将来的な出店が発生する場合に中長期の出張可能性有
【業務の特徴】
1案件の着工から竣工迄は3~4ヶ月程度です。
現場常駐の必要がなくデスクワークが多いポジションですが、業務に慣れてきたら在宅勤務を織り交ぜながら勤務することも可能です。
具体的には、価格交渉や、社内と施工会社様との意見調整、新規施工会社様開拓、既存方法のブラッシュアップをお任せします。
将来的には海外出店時の担当をお任せする可能性があります。
【入社後の流れ】
まずは全体の流れを理解するため設計~竣工までをOJTで研修。(店舗業務の理解のため一部店舗での研修実施の可能性もあります。)
