組織・チームのミッション
- リスクマネジメントチームは、メルカリグループ内で決済・与信サービスを提供している「メルペイ」に係る各事業固有のリスク管理のほか、全社的な統合リスク管理(ERM)を行っているチームです。これまでになかった新たな金融サービスを展開していくメルペイにおいては、伝統的リスク管理の手法をベースにしながらも臨機応変・柔軟に思考し、メルペイにフィットする新たなリスク管理の在り方を考え実践していくことが求められます。前例や過去の正解を疑い、大胆にチャレンジするためのリスクマネジメントを一緒に考え、創っていきましょう。

業務内容
- リスク管理方針の企画・立案
- リスク管理に係る体制・規程の構築及び会議体運営
- リスクアセスメント、部門内外のステーク・ホルダーとのコーディネーション及び対応策の立案
- リスク低減策に関するモニタリング
- その他、リスク管理に関連する業務全般

- 従来のリスク管理に関する知見を発揮しつつ、メルコインが取り組む多様な事業領域における新たなリスク管理の在り方や構築にチャレンジすることができます。
応募要件- 求める経験・スキル
- メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
- 領域を問わずリスク管理に関連する5年以上の業務経験を有していること
- 従来の伝統的な金融機関のやり方に捉われず柔軟な発想で新しいリスク管理の在り方を創っていくという意志があること
- 歓迎する経験・スキル
- 全社的な統合リスク管理(ERM)の経験
- Fintech企業、ベンチャー企業でのリスク管理業務経験
- コンサルティング会社・監査法人でのリスクコンサルティング・リスクアドバイザリー業務経験
語学力
日本語:Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
- 英語: Independent (CEFR - B2) 歓迎
