Roles and Responsibility

各種プロダクト改善を目的としたプロジェクトにおいて、要件定義~情報設計に至るまでの設計領域から、プロダクトUIデザインまでのプロダクト改善の上流から下流までをリードしていただきます。

また、デザイン組織としての価値を向上させるような業務として、 デザイナーそれぞれがパフォーマンスを最大化するための課題の発見、施策の立案・推進、ワークフローの改善だけではなく、チーム全体を強くするためのメンバー育成もご担当いただきます。

デザイン組織のあるべき姿を描き、推進しながら、

  • デザインプロセスのアップデート
  • デザイン品質の管理

などを実施いただきます。

  • English You will take the lead in product improvement projects, covering the entire spectrum from requirements definition to information design, and all the way to product UI design, aimed at enhancing various products. Furthermore, as part of your responsibilities to enhance the value of the design organization, you'll be tasked with more than just discovering and implementing measures to maximize the performance of individual designers. You will also focus on improving workflows and fostering team-wide growth, envisioning and driving what the design organization should look like. This includes:
    • Updating the design process
    • Managing design quality

Minimum Requirements

・人間中心設計やデザイン思考の手法に関する知識・経験がある方
・プロトタイピングのデザイン経験がある方
・web、アプリを含むUIデザインの経験が3年以上ある方

    • Knowledge and experience in human-centered design and design thinking methodologies
    • Experience in prototyping design
    • Experience in UI design, including web and apps, for at least 3 years

    • Experience in designing and operating ToC (Consumer-Facing) services
    • Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to improve services
    • Experience in redesigning and maintaining design systems within a team
    • Ability to demonstrate leadership and lead projects with a team

Annual Salary: 6M - 8M JPY

*Evaluations and salary increment Salary increment is made twice a year according to the evaluations which are determined based on the degree of achievement
