・監査計画の策定・実施

・取締役会等の重要会議への出席・執行状況の確認

・上場基準に沿った内部管理体制の点検・助言

・関連部門との連携によるコンプライアンス体制の強化

・監査役会の運営

・監査法人・証券会社・取引所との窓口対応・調整

<応募要件>

【必須要件】

<以下のいずれかに該当する方>

・上場企業/上場準備企業における監査役の実務経験

・公認会計士(監査法人での実務経験をお持ちの方)

・内部監査/内部統制業務の実務経験(通算3年以上目安)

【歓迎要件】

・J-SOX等の内部統制体制構築に携わったご経験

・全社的なコンプライアンス/リスク管理の実務経験
