仕事内容
\三菱重工グループ向けの機械設計業務を担当/
自社内で三菱重工グループ向けの機械設計業務を担当し、
大型製品を中心とした「一品モノ」の設計に携わっていただきます。
問題なく業務が可能になれば、リモートワークも可能です
【具体的には】
- 担当顧客に案件が発生
- 打ち合わせ(企業へ訪問)
- 設計(設計には強度計算書などの図書作成も含みます)
※ご経験によりお任せする業務はご相談させていただきます。

- 大型ロケットの移動発射台
人員:3名、期間:6か月、図面:100枚以上
設計フェーズ:各機構の構想~詳細設計
※その他、新型ロケットの移動発射台や某遊園地のアトラクションの一部、防衛関連における実績もございます。

【必須条件】
機械設計のご経験がある方(AutoCAD使用経験者/顧客折衝経験のある方)
- 設計業務の基本的な流れを理解しており、独立して業務を進められる方を想定しています。

基本給:月給 28万円 〜 32万円
固定残業代:なし
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
想定年収:500万円~600万円(前給保証)
- 賞与実績:年2回(7/12月)
- 昇給:年1回(4月)
※資格手当:クレーン運転士(2,000円)をはじめとした多岐にわたる資格に対して手当を支給
資格手当だけで毎月2万円以上支給されている社員もいます
給与例
【年収例】
380万円/20代後半・入社1年目
550万円/20代後半・入社5年目
700万円/30台半ば・入社10年目
成長が早い方であれば入社5年目で年収700万円、
10年目で年収800万円なども可能です

②売上からコスト等を差し引いて、各案件で生み出せた利益(原資)を算出
③それぞれが関わった工程の価値(上述の比率)に基づき、原資を昇給や賞与として分配する
~出来る仕事が増えれば増えるほど、昇給や賞与UPが見込めます~
