業務内容


大学受験の東進ハイスクール・東進衛星予備校の教育システム・コンテンツ開発の充実に向けた増員を目指しています。

近年の大学入試改革や学習指導要領改訂の影響もあり、教材制作や新規講座企画、模試制作の組織を強化したいと考えております。

【仕事内容】

・新規講座、コンテンツの企画、分析、研修

・模擬試験の作問編集(ディレクション中心)

・講師が行う授業講座の企画制作、収録立ち合い

・教務研究員(大学生アルバイト)のマネジメント

・社内のシステム部門、AI部門と連携した革新的学びの創造
