未経験から一生モノのスキルが身につく建設のお仕事。

仲間と協力しながら大型建築の外壁工事に携われます

商業施設や大型ホテル、オフィスビルなどの建設現場で、
間仕切り(耐火パネル)外壁パネル(ALC・ECP)の施工・取り付けを担当します。

現場は神奈川県・東京都が中心で、4~5人のチーム体制。

経験豊富な先輩がマンツーマンで指導するので、
未経験でも安心してスタートできます

主な作業

・耐火パネルやALC、ECPなどのパネル取り付け

・パネルの固定・調整作業

・板金の加工、取り付け等の仕上げ作業

・溶接や簡単な金物加工

・チームでの安全確認や連携作業

1日の流れ(例)

8:00 現場集合・朝礼(安全確認や作業内容の確認)

8:30 作業開始(パネルの取り付け・調整など)

10:00 休憩(30分)

10:30 午前の作業再開

12:00 お昼休憩(1時間)

13:00 午後の作業(溶接や金物加工、仕上げなど)

15:00 休憩(30分)

15:30 午後作業再開(最終チェックや片付けなど)

17:00~17:30 作業終了・清掃・解散

※現場により多少前後あり
