【募集の背景】
当社は、上場企業の事業会社や大手SIer企業においてITインフラ領域の現場を牽引してきたメンバーが終結しているコンサルティング会社です。
今回募集している部署ではその情報システム部門を牽引してきたメンバーを中心に活躍しています。
クライアントの多くは、DX推進や組織統合に直面している成長企業。単なるシステムの導入支援にとどまらず、「経営層への投資対効果(ROI)の説明」「IT予算の最適化」「事業戦略に紐づいたロードマップ策定」まで踏み込むスタイルが評価され、案件が急増しています。
情シス部門支援を掲げている弊社において経営をITで支援してきた経験を持つ、スマートでガバナンス意識の高い方を募集します。
【仕事内容】
クライアント(主に上場企業やそのグループ会社)のパートナーとして、以下の業務を遂行します。
- 経営・事業戦略に基づくIT投資計画の立案
- 「守りのIT」と「攻めのIT」の両立支援
- 経営層への投資判断基準(ROI)の提示と合意形成
- 全社横断プロジェクトのPMO・リード
- 基幹システム(ERP/CRM/SFA)の刷新、SaaS導入によるDX推進
- グループ会社統合に伴うITガバナンスの構築・標準化
- ISMS・Pマーク等の取得を目指すセキュリティ体制構築支援
- ステークホルダーマネジメント
- 現場の利便性と経営の合理性のバランス調整(構造化による意思決定支援)
- ベンダーコントロールおよびコスト削減の実行
【必須要件】
- システム開発、または事業会社での社内SE経験(3年以上)
- 「なぜこのIT投資(システム導入刷新等)が必要か」を非エンジニア(経営層・現場)に説明し、合意を得てきた経験
- 論理的思考力と、不確実な状況下での意思決定支援能力
【歓迎するバックグラウンド】
- 上場企業(特にSaaS企業や多角化経営企業)での情シス実務経験
- グループ会社統合、M&Aに伴うシステム統合プロジェクトやデューデリジェンスの経験
- PMP、ITストラテジストなどの資格、またはそれに準ずる知識
【選考プロセス】
- 書類選考: 過去の「提案・折衝経験」を重視します。
- 一次面接(現場/マネージャー): 実務スキルと「スマートさ(地頭・コミュニケーション)」の確認。
- 適性検査: 論理的思考力およびコンサル適性の確認。
- 最終面接(代表/役員): 視座の高さ、貴社の文化(経営へのアプローチ)への共感度を確認。
