【募集職種】
受付スタッフ(レセプション)/ワークプレイスサポート
- 勤務地:神奈川県横浜市(具体的な場所は面談時にお伝えします。)
- 勤務時間:9:00〜18:00(実働8時間)
【仕事内容】
"世界レベルのホスピタリティを提供する受付ポジションです"
CBREの受付スタッフとして、有名外資顧客施設に常駐し、
オフィス来訪者の対応や各種事務サポートを担当していただきます。来客対応・電話応対・会議室準備など、オフィスの"顔"として快適なワークプレイスを支える役割です。
主な業務内容:
- 来客対応(お客様・応募者・社内ゲストのご案内、受付対応)
- 電話の取次ぎおよび担当者への連絡
- 会議室の予約管理、会議室のセットアップ、簡単なケータリング手配、機材準備
- 郵便物・宅配便の受取・発送管理、メッセンジャーサービスの手配
- 事務サポート(オフィス備品の発注、ファックス・荷物の仕分けなど)
- 来訪者の入館証発行、セキュリティ手順の案内
- 必要に応じた建物管理・清掃サービスの依頼
- 定められた手順に沿って業務を進め、基本的な事務対応
【応募要件】
- 受付・事務などの実務経験(1〜2年程度あると尚可)
- 基本的なPCスキル(Word/Excel/Outlook など)
- 明るく丁寧な対応ができるコミュニケーション力
- マルチタスクが得意で、整理整頓や管理業務が好きな方
- 基本的な計算スキル(簡単なパーセンテージ計算など)
