国内鉄道向けダイヤや乗務員などの計画に関する情報システムや変電所を遠隔監視制御する電力管理システムに携わるエンジニアを広く募集します。受注活動から運用開始まで全てのプロセスで東芝の顔として顧客対応を行い、社内をリードして頂きますので、エンジニアリング経験を持つ人材を募集します。
業務内容
新幹線、在来線、地下鉄などの運行管理システム・輸送計画システムまたは電力管理システムなど鉄道に関する地上システムのエンジニアリング業務を行う部門であり、具体的には以下の業務を行います。
- 対象製品/システム仕様の検討立案、客先提案、受注活動
- 受注後の契約履行、コスト/品質/スケジュール管理
- 対顧客技術窓口、工場製造部、外注業者との技術折衝
- 新規製品の研究開発に関する企画/戦略立案、策定、遂行
- 納入後製品の不適合フォロー
お客様への提案、打合せを通じて仕様を決め、各機器の工場設計部門に製作を指示します。製品完成後は現地での組合せ試験まで計画管理します。受注活動から運用開始まで全工程に関わることができる部門です。

国内全国の鉄道事業者を顧客としているため、全国に出張の可能性があります。
必須スキル
- 鉄道システムあるいは類似システムのITエンジニアリングあるいは運用経験のある方。
- お客様や社内の多くの関係者と協調して業務を行えるコミュニケーションスキルを持ちつつ、リーダシップを発揮し、社内外に認められるプロジェクトリーダとなる積極性を持った方を歓迎します。

- 制御技術あるいは電気工学(電力、パワーエレクトロニクス)の知識を有する方。
