海外の鉄道事業者向けに、受変電システムおよび車両システムの拡販・案件遂行を同時に加速させるため、システム立案~仕様とりまとめ~プロジェクトの実行管理までを担う即戦力人材を募集します。社会インフラの安心・安全に直結する領域で、事業価値と社会価値を両立させるポジションです。

業務内容


・海外案件向けシステムの要求仕様/設計仕様の取り纏め

・入札・提案フェーズにおける技術資料作成、見積条件の確定、質疑対応

・海外プロジェクトのQCDR(品質・コスト・納期・リスク)管理、進捗・課題のガバナンス

・海外鉄道プロジェクト特有の各種規格・認証への対応、工場試験/現地試験の立会、現地試験の技術統括

・変更管理/契約技術条項の整合、社内関連部門(設計・製造・品質・調達・法務)および海外サプライヤ/パートナーとの調整

・納入後の技術フォロー
