仕事内容


事業開発責任者(新卒支援事業)【毎年平均2倍成長/経営戦略に深く関与できる】

【仕事内容】

以下業務をお任せします。

・顧客ニーズ・課題のヒアリングとソリューション設計

・新規・既存クライアントへの企画提案

・事業戦略の立案と実行管理

・アライアンスやパートナー企業との連携交渉

・KPI設計、収支/予算管理、PDCAの推進

・プロダクトや業務オペレーションの改善提案

・その他、会社・個人の状況に応じた柔軟な業務対応
