仕事内容:
【仕事概要】
・マンションやアパートの家賃滞納者に対し、オーナーや不動産会社に代わって入金案内や支払いアドバイスを行います。
・電話連絡や直接訪問を通じて入金の促進を図り、支払い方法の相談も行います。
・入居者の状況に応じた解決策を考え、オーナーや不動産会社へこまめに報告し信頼関係を築きます。
【教育体制】
・入社後はビジネスマナーや法律、不動産の知識を学び、ロールプレイや先輩同行で半年~1年で一人前を目指します。
【キャリアアップ】
・仕事の進め方や信頼度など多角的に評価し、主任や支店長などのポジションも目指せます。

勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~18:00(所定労働時間8時間、休憩1時間)、中旬頃~月末まで12:00~21:00(所定労働時間8時間、休憩1時間)となる場合もあります、完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、月末が土日祝日の場合は出勤(振替休日取得)、GW、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇(入社6ヶ月後に10日付与〜最大20日)、誕生日休暇、産前・産後休暇、育児休暇
