1. キャリアステップ
大学卒業後、IT企業にSEとして新卒入社しました。
約2年半勤務し、妊娠を機に一度退職。
その後、約2年半の専業主婦期間を経て、2023年3月にSEとして当社に入社しました。
入社後は、SEとして日系メーカーの導入プロジェクトを約1年弱参画し、2024年7月より
コンサルタントとして、現在のプロジェクトに参画中。
2. 入社の決め手と実際のギャップ
入社の決め手は、もともと ERPパッケージソフト開発 への興味があったし、当社は
製造業を主にしているため、専門的な知識の取得が可能なことや、IT外資系って格好いいなあと思ったから。
入社前は、もともと外資系IT企業としては成果主義や殺伐の雰囲気を予想していました。
実際は、とてもフレンドリーで親切な環境でほっとした。
また、入社当時はコロナの影響がまだ残っていたため、リモート中心の働き方に、最初は戸惑いもありましたが、先輩が丁寧にフォローしてくれたため安心して業務を始めることができました。
3.社風について
自由で個人を尊重する社風が根付いています。
服装や髪色などが自由で、自分らしく働ける環境です。
また、仕事とプライベートのバランスが取れていて、プライベートを大切にしながら仕事に取り組む人が多い印象です。
私自身も子供がいるのですが、等の変則的な動きにも快く受け入れてくださるため、とても働きやすい環境だと感じています。
4.現在の仕事内容
日系メーカーのベトナム工場への導入プロジェクトにSCM領域担当として携わっています。
業務開始は、日本時間の9:30〜10:00。
まずはメールやチャットを確認し、12:00〜14:00にセッションを実施します。
その後、1~2時間の休憩をはさみ、午後の会議や資料作成に集中。
時差の関係で19:00頃まで対応する日もあります。
インタビュー時の現在は、顧客の業務現状を把握し、IFSへの移行に向けたプロセス設計を進めている段階です。
5.仕事のやりがいと難しさ
習得した知識をすぐに現場で活かせる点に大きな魅力を感じます。
SE時代の経験を活かしIFSの機能を学び、実際のプロジェクトに反映できることが大きなやりがいです。
難しいと感じることは、IFSに詳しくないお客様に機能・業務フローを説明する時。
専門用語を使わずに、シンプルでわかりやすく説明することが求められます。
相手の理解を深めるまでに、時間と工夫が必要です。
6.チームの雰囲気
私の所属するチーム多国籍で、中国・タイ・ベトナムなど様々な国のメンバーが在籍中です。
幸い日本語が話せるメンバーが多いですが、それでも言語や文化の違いがあるため、英語や通訳を活用しながらのコミュニケーションが求められますが、みんなで助け合いながらプロジェクトを進めています。
7.スキルアップと会社の支援
資格取得支援制度が充実しています。
受験料や参考書代の補助もあり、学びたい意欲を後押ししてくれます。
社内勉強会も定期的に開催されていて、社員同士で知識を共有する機会も豊富です。
私はIFS会計勉強会に参加し、会計領域への興味が出たことで 日商簿記2級 を勉強・取得をしました。
仕事に役立つ知識を学ぶことで、自分自身の成長を感じています。
8.休日の過ごし方
休日は、家族との時間を大切にしています。
子どもと一緒に公園で遊んだり、ショッピングモールでランチを楽しんだり。
家族との時間が、仕事への活力にもなっています。
9.お気に入りの社内イベント
好きな社内イベントは、オフィスを貸し切ってする飲み会です。
社員同士がリラックスした環境で交流でき、普段なかなかできない話題で盛り上がることも。
イベント後にはチームとしての一体感も高まり、仕事にも良い影響を感じます。
