1.キャリアについて
開発から保守、コンサルまで、幅広い経験を積んできました。
IFSを扱う前にスクラッチ開発をしていた時期があり、その後テスト業務を担当することになったんです。
そして、IFSが導入されている企業で保守業務を約2年半ほど担当。
現在はコンサルタントとして、要件定義や機能提案をしています。
2.仕事で大切にしていること
お客様と共に成長することを大切にしています。
まず、お客様が抱える問題に対して、どのような解決策が最適かを一緒に考えます。
最終的には、お客様と一緒に成長できる関係を築いていくことが目標です。
自分が提供できる価値を通じて、より良い結果を出すことにやりがいを感じています。
3.入社を決めた理由
最初は、IT業界がどういうものか全然わからなかったんです。
「話を聞いてみて、興味があればどうかな?」と声をかけてもらって。
未経験であったものの、やってみようという気持ちが強く、入社を決意しました。
4.シニアITコンサルタントの仕事内容
プロジェクトの運営・管理をメインに、マネジメント・コンサルタントをしています。
具体的には、チームの人員調整・予算管理・スケジュールの作成などを担当。
IFSの機能を、どのようにお客様の業務に活かすかを考え提案する業務もあります。
マネジメントが多いものの、コンサルタントとしての業務も半分程あるのが現状です。
5.仕事で難しいところと対処策
難しいことは「自分の経験だけでは解決できないことがある」ということです。
お客様の業務や状況は、ひとつひとつ異なります。
そのため、過去の経験がそのまま通用しないことが多いんです。
これまで提案したことのないIFS機能を提案する際は、ゼロから調べて、業務にどう適用できるかを考えなければなりません。
まずは自分で調査し、必要に応じて他のチームとも連携しながら進めています。
6.やりがいを感じた瞬間
いろいろな人と関わり知らない世界を学べるとき、やりがいを感じます。
プロジェクトごとに新しい人たちと出会い、自分の考えを交わすことができることは、とても刺激的です。
知らない分野を学ぶことができることは、コンサルタントならではの魅力だと思います。
7.挑戦したいこと
IFS以外の製品や商材で、ビジネス展開していけたらと思っています。
ERP以外のパッケージ商品や、他の分野のビジネスにも挑戦していきたいです。
人材派遣・IT以外の領域にも、手を広げてみたいと考えています。
8.次世代への想い
若い世代には、もっと「格好良い人生」を過ごして欲しいです。
格好良いというのは、外見などではなく"もっと自分に正直に生きよう"ということ。
どうしても周りの目を気にしてしまうかもしれませんが、自分を偽らず、堂々と生きることが大切です。
無理に頑張りすぎず、自分らしく生きることが一番だと思います。
