造園・庭づくりのお仕事です。

自然の中で身体を動かし、

街や人に"潤い"を届ける仕事を始めませんか

難しい業務を最初から任せることはありません。

未経験の方も、先輩がマンツーマンで支えます

【 具体的に見るお仕事内容 】

当社は、設計部・工事部・メンテナンス部に

分かれた体制で運営していますが、

部署の垣根なくチームワークを大切にし、

現場では一体となって仕事を進めています。

入社1年目は「研修期間」として、

各部署を順番に経験しながら、

造園・庭づくり全体の流れを学びます。

希望や適性を考慮しながら、

あなたに合った部署・ポジションへ配属します。

<設計部の主なお仕事内容>

造園設計(Illustrator ・Photoshop)

敷地・植生調査

植物・石選び

現場での庭のデザイン(植栽・石組み等)

施主・設計者との打合せ・プレゼン

<工事部の主なお仕事内容>

樹木・草花植え込み

土の造形・石組み・水景づくり

現場での庭のデザイン(植栽・石組み等)

重機・車両運転

自動散水工事

<メンテナンス部の主なお仕事内容>

剪定・薬剤散布・施肥・芝刈り

灌水・土中環境改善

植物生育診断

現場での庭のデザイン(植栽・石組み等)

設計・工事へのフィードバック

【 研修について 】

入社後は研修期間として、

設計・工事・メンテナンスの流れを体験します。

・最初は道具の名前、植物の扱い方からスタート

・先輩が現場で手順を見せて、一緒に作業

・安全面も含めて丁寧に教えます

・資格取得も会社がバックアップ

8:00朝礼・準備・現場へ移動

9:00作業開始(植栽/剪定/施工など)

10:30 休憩(15分)

12:00 昼休憩(60分)

13:00 午後の作業(メンテ/施工/片付け)

15:30 休憩(15分)

17:00 片付け・帰社

17:30 退勤

・軽トラックなど車両運転の経験

・重機オペレーター、玉掛け等の資格保有

・Illustrator/Photoshopでの設計補助経験

総労働時間:1週あたり45時間

勤務時間・曜日:

平日:8:00~17:30

(休憩:朝夕15分ずつ、昼60分)

しっかり休みながら、

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし
