  • 深い技術理解に基づいた、技術・事業にまたがる横断的な方針立案および推進
  • 事業・技術開発における横断的な計画立案、執行体制の構築
  • サービス・プロダクトにおける課題抽出、最新の技術・市場動向に基づいた解決策の検討
  • 主要顧客プロジェクト・国家プロジェクトを踏まえた実行体制構築および推進
  • 上記活動における社内外ステークホルダーとの議論推進および合意形成

- 部門課題を特定し分析・問題解決まで推進できる、強いリーダーシップ
- 社内外ステークホルダと良好な関係を構築できる、高い対人コミュニケーション能力
