株式会社 MAZIN が展開する製造領域特化型の転職・採用支援サービス「ミルクル」にて、キャリアアドバイザー(CA)/リクルーティングアドバイザー(RA)としてご活躍いただきます。2024年夏にスタートした新規事業は、今まさに成長フェーズに突入。求職者・企業双方の利用が急増し、サービスと組織の拡大期を迎えています。

【主な業務内容】

・転職希望者とのキャリア相談日程調整

・求職者との面談(電話/Web)

・履歴書・職務経歴書の添削

・求人紹介、面接日程調整

・面接対策、内定・入社までのフォロー



・企業の採用課題ヒアリングと提案

・採用ターゲットのすり合わせ

・採用プロセスの改善・効率化

・求人票作成・打ち出し内容の変更

・内定者アトラクト方針の決定

・年収:350万円~800万円(スキル・経験により変動)
