【詳しい業務内容】

都内のマンション、公共施設などの清掃業務、一部営業活動をお任せします

重いものは扱いませんので体力に自信のない方でも活躍いただけます。

「清掃=汚い、臭い、扱う道具が専門的で難しそう」などの印象を持つかもしれませんが、

清掃業務内容もシンプルで簡単ですし、綺麗なマンションやビルが中心なので

想像よりもクリーンな環境です

清掃業務の内容も、

  • 共用部等の掃き掃除・拭き掃除(廊下、階段など)
  • ゴミ置き場の整理(分別確認や簡単な清掃)
  • 巡回清掃(落ち葉拾いやゴミ回収)
  • 各現場、スタッフへの指示

などで、難しい業務はありません。

家事の延長でできるような作業です

※営業業務

営業活動ができる方には、都内を中心に管理会社等へのビル清掃の提案営業もお任せします。

月間営業成績の50%をインセンティブとして支給いたしますので、

頑張りが成果にきちんと反映される設計になっています。

苦手な方に無理強いはしないのでご安心を

慣れるまでは丁寧な研修あり

業務は先輩スタッフが丁寧にレクチャーします。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり170時間

以下いずれかのシフト制

①22:00~翌5:00

②0:00~9:00

③5:00~14:00

お客様が不在の際に作業することが多いため、深夜早朝が基本の勤務になります。

シフト希望も出しやすいので、ご自身の予定に調整することも可能です

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 月給30万円~+歩合給

※経験や能力を考慮し決定します

※固定残業代45H分含む(超過分は別途支給します)

  • 昇給あり(年1回)
  • 交通費別途支給(全額)

【歩合制度について】

弊社では月間営業成績の売り上げの50%をインセンティブとして支給しています。

例えば「月間10万円の清掃案件、月間20万円の清掃案件1件、計30万円の案件獲得の場合50%の15万円がインセンティブとして支給」となります。
