楽天モバイルは通信事業者として、社会インフラを支える重要な役割を担っています。
その中で、BCP管理本部は、「そなえる、つなぐ、よりそう」をモットーに、平時と有事の通信の安全と信頼性確保をミッションとしています。
携帯電話利用者の大幅な増加と、災害などの有事における通信確保の要請の高まりに応じて、災害時の通信サービスの維持・早期復旧を実現するため、危機管理担当の人員を強化します。
専門的な知識や経験を持つ人材を迎え入れて、有事の組織の対応力強化を目指しています。
業務内容
BCP管理部は、中途採用者と新卒で入社した社員からなるマネージャー含め平時は約20名の組織で、災害時などは、全国に配置された多数のメンバーが加わる柔軟な組織です。現在、部長配下に3つの機能別組織を設置しています。
BCP企画課では、楽天モバイルのBCP体制強化に関する幅広い業務を担当していただきます。
・BCP策定:事業継続計画の策定、見直し、改善
・災害対策訓練:机上訓練、実動訓練の企画・実施
・災害時の緊急対応:災害発生時の情報収集、復旧支援、広報対応
・関係機関連携:行政機関、他事業者との連携、情報共有
・教育・研修:社員向けのBCPに関する教育・研修の企画・実施
ネットワークエンジニア、官公庁職員、コンサルタントなど、通信業界未経験者も含め様々なバックグラウンドを持つ社員が活躍しています。
平時から、災害などの有事に備えた体制の構築や、社外関係機関との連携強化に努め(そなえる)、有事においては、関係機関との協力の下で、通信の応急復旧(つなぐ)や、被災地への支援、代替的な通信手段の提供(よりそう)に取り組みます。
また、これらの基礎となる、通信の安全・信頼性確保のための国(総務省)の窓口対応も担っています。

【経歴等】
以下いずれかの経験
1.指定公共機関等におけるBCP・危機管理関連部署の勤務経験
2.官公庁・防災機関における災害対応関連部署の勤務経験
3.防災に関する知識を持ち、関連企業での勤務経験
歓迎要件
- TOEIC800点以上または同等の英語力
- 通信ネットワーク設備関連業務の経験
- 通信関連資格の保有者(電気通信主任技術者等)
