RocketNowでは、日本国内の人事業務全般を統括し、ビジネス目標と連動させるシニアマネージャー/マネージャー(STP)を募集しています。

このポジションは、グローバルおよび子会社HR責任者にレポートし、日本オフィスのHR体制構築と運用において重要な役割を担います。
主な業務内容
企業文化と従業員体験の強化
- 経営陣と連携し、職場環境の改善、士気向上、生産性・定着率の向上を推進
- 雇用ブランドの分析と改善
データに基づく意思決定
- 人事チームと連携し、トレンドや指標を分析し、改善策を提案
- 従業員体験とライフサイクル管理の改善機会をデータから特定
リーダーの支援
- 管理職への日常的な人事ガイダンスの提供
- 新規採用、昇進、異動に関する契約条件の支援
競争力ある組織づくり
- 各部門の研修ニーズやエグゼクティブコーチングの必要性を特定
- 研修プログラムの評価とモニタリング、目標達成のフォローアップ
コーチングとコンサルティング
- 複雑な労務問題の解決、苦情対応
- 各部門との定期的なミーティングの実施
- 日常的なパフォーマンスマネジメントの支援(コーチング、キャリア開発、懲戒対応など)
- HRポリシーのガイダンスと解釈の提供
組織変革の支援
- 組織再編、人員計画、後継者計画に関するガイダンスの提供
未来の働き方とHRMへの備え
- 労務管理に関する法的要件の深い理解とコンプライアンスの確保
- 必要に応じて法務・HRコンプライアンスチームと連携
応募資格
- 多国籍企業や大手企業でのHRBP経験
- 全階層に対する高いコミュニケーション力と影響力
- 経営層との連携経験、優れたコーチング・分析スキル
- 日本市場における採用、報酬・福利厚生、タレントマネジメント、パフォーマンス管理、学習開発の実務知識
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上の読み書き・会話能力
