【仕事内容】

東京本店において、オフィスビル、商業施設、大型倉庫、工場、ホテルなど、RC造やS造の建築工事における積算業務を担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
設計図や仕様書から、材料や数量を算出することで合計金額を出し、建物を建てるのに必要な工事費の見積もりを算出していく仕事です。

【年収・給与】
想定年収:450万円~800万円(例:28歳~50歳)想定月収:247,500円~339,500円(例:28歳~50歳) ・基本給:247,500円~470,000円※予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。※残業代は実費支給です。<昇給有無>有<残業手当>有賞与:年2回(7月、12月)※賞与実績:24年度 5.0か月分【モデル年収】30歳/560万円35歳/680万円40歳/740万円45歳課長/830万円

- 通勤手当:全額支給
- 家族手当:月10,000円~/子女教育として2,000円~
- 住宅手当:月11,500円~18,000円 ※地域に拠る
