お客様のお住まいにおける、屋根や外壁などの塗り替えに関する提案営業をお任せします。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・顧客の開拓、アプローチ

・事前ヒアリング(電話)

事前にマイホームの屋根や外壁塗装に関するサービスのご案内

・アポイント取得

・訪問、提案

お客様宅へ訪問し、ヒアリングをもとに塗装についての提案

・見積もり、受注

・施工手配

施工パートナー企業へ引き継ぎ(施工中のお客様フォロー)

・引渡し

工事が終了したらお客様へ引渡し

・アフターフォロー

1年、5年、10年毎の定期点検にてアフターフォロー

<営業手法>

電話にて顧客にアプローチします。

目標の立て方:四半期ごとに支店責任者と面談し、自己目標を立てます。

そこから平均的な移行率・もしくは過去の自己実績から架電数やりサーチ件数などの基本行動の目標を立てます。

1日の架電件数目標:30件(土日は60件程度)

※アポ2件に1件は成約につながります。(アポイントからの成約率4割以上)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~20:30

1日の労働時間:8時間、休憩3時間30分

効率よく働いて早めに帰るなどの働き方も可能です。

給与:

想定年収 350万円-700万円

・昇給年2回(6月、12月)

・決算賞与(12月 ※業績連動型)

※昨年度は平均70万円/人

【インセンティブ制度について】

入社直後は2件の成約で月10万円を目安に支給。

その後、契約の数や役職などに比例してインセンティブの比率も上がります。

ほとんどの社員が月数十万円のインセンティブを手にしています。(年齢や経験は一切関係ありません)

【年収モデル】

31歳/支店長/1075万円(月給70万円+賞与)

38歳/課長職/680万円(月給32万円+インセンティブ+賞与)

26歳/主任職/480万円(月給25万円+インセンティブ+賞与)

<未経験入社/29歳>

入社4年目で支店責任者に昇格。入社時より年収約2倍(年収300万円以上アップ)

<元和菓子屋店長/35歳>

入社2年目で前職の倍の年収に。現在は年収1000万円以上。

<元ガソリンスタンド店長/26歳>

入社3年で支店長に昇格。年収約2倍。(年収480万円アップ)

<営業経験者/40歳>

入社3年目で前職の3倍増加。年収500万円アップ
