【作業員さんの仕事管理】

工事期間・完成までに必要な人員の管理

場所・必要な技術を確認し、弊社の営業と協力して行います。

【入寮・勤務希望者の面接・採用】※報酬アップに必須

お客様の期待に応えるべく更なる人材確保

作業員さんが増えればお仕事も更に獲得可能です

面接はカジュアルに実施

未経験さんも積極的に採用してます

※募集費用は全て会社が負担します

PCでの簡単な書類作成や支出管理

作業員さんに心を込めて「お疲れ様いつも有難う」とお給与のお渡し

【お掃除・炊事・設備備品管理】

作業員さんが気持ちよく生活できるようにピカピカに

ご飯炊きと味噌汁の用意

※調理業務無し・おかずは仕出しデリバリーを利用

設備の故障等が発生した際は本社スタッフに相談し修理を手配します

給与詳細


基本給:月給 50万円 〜 90万円

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

報酬制度

【研修期間】研修期間はお二人で40万円となります。

【入社より6か月】

業務習熟と体制づくりに専念していただけるよう月額50万円を保証

【7ヶ月目以降】

拡充した人員数や運営成果に応じた

【月額40万円保証+成果報酬(インセンティブ)】

に移行し、取り組みに比例して収入をさらに伸ばしていただけます。

※住居費・光熱費・食費はすべて会社負担のため、

手元に残る金額が多く、生活にもゆとりが生まれます。

※報酬に関する詳細は、面談時に丁寧にご説明いたします。

インセンティブ制度

・1日あたりの作業員の出勤人数 × 400円を支給(1か月単位で計算支給)

なぜ実績連動制を取り入れているのか

生活インフラ(住まい・食事・光熱費)を会社が全額負担しているため、

一定の収入でも安心して生活できる環境が整っています。

その一方で、「今のままで十分」と思われやすい側面もあることから、

稼働実績が報酬に反映される仕組みによって、

「より高い目標意識と自立を後押しすること」を目的としています。

給与例


給与モデル(2025年12月の実績)

・月収90万円(作業員90名 × 月25日稼働 × 400円)

・年収600万円以上は確実に稼げる
