必須スキル
・経理実務経験5年以上(主担当レベル) ・月次、年次決算を自走できるスキル ・社内外関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる力 ・管理部門の幅を広げたい意欲がある方
歓迎スキル
・労務、総務、法務いずれかの実務経験 ・ベンチャー/中堅企業での管理部門立ち上げ、改善経験 ・チームマネジメント経験(2名以上) ・簿記2級または同等の会計知識 ・freee/マネーフォワード/弥生などクラウド会計の使用経験
