【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

デジタルマーケターとして、「ASSIGN」の成長戦略の中核を担っていただきます。

年間数十億円規模のマーケティング予算を武器に、

ユーザー獲得の戦略立案から実行までグロース全般をリードする役割です。

具体的な業務内容として、デジタルチャネルの運用戦略設計・実行、

インハウスでの広告運用におけるPDCA設計と推進、各媒体との戦略的な折衝・交渉などがございます。

また、広告クリエイティブの企画立案・制作ディレクションや、

複数名のメンバーと連携しながらのプロジェクト推進・リード業務も担当いただきます。

株式会社アサインは、若手ハイエンドの転職サイトやエージェント、

新卒学生向けの就活サイトなどを運営しております。

【具体的には】

・ 各種デジタルチャネル(Google広告、Meta広告等)における運用戦略の設計・実行

・ インハウスでの広告運用におけるPDCA設計と推進

・ 各媒体(大手プラットフォーマーや比較サイト等)との戦略的な折衝・交渉

・ 広告クリエイティブの企画立案・制作ディレクション

・ 複数名のメンバーと連携しながらのプロジェクト推進・リード業務

【求める人材】

【必須】

・広告代理店や事業会社のマーケティング組織において、複数チャネルの運用経験 (目安:3年以上・運用金額1000万円以上/月)

【歓迎】

・各種マーケティングツールを駆使して施策の効果検証、分析をした経験

・外部パートナー(広告代理店、制作会社など)をディレクションした経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
