テレビシリーズや映画館でよく目にする、イメージのしやすいアニメーション作品とは一線を画し

「短い時間で、印象を残す」ことをコンセプトに事業を展開しています。

見る人が共感・興味を持ち、さらには感動してもらえるようなハイクオリティなアニメ作品を目指すことで、

企業やサービスのプロモーション映像として採用していただき、多数の実績を積み重ねています。

業務内容

主に企業向けの短尺アニメーション作品を手掛ける「Animessage」にて、制作進行をお任せします。

アニメーションづくりに欠かせない、制作過程全ての工程と管理に関わる重要な職種です。作品の為に全体を取りまとめる役割を担っていただきます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・クライアントとの打ち合わせ

作品の概要や方向性、予算などの提案と確認

・制作スケジュールの調整と予算管理

納品までのスケジュールを逆算し、各制作セクションのスケジュールと予算組み

・制作に関わるキャストやスタッフのアサイン

・素材(動画・原画)の回収や管理

各スタッフへ連絡を行い、アニメーターが仕上げた素材(動画・原画)を車で回収、次工程のスタッフへの受け渡しと管理

【予定年収】282万円〜300万円(賞与別)

【月給】23.5万円〜25万円

・基本給19.7万円~21万円

・固定残業代3.8万円~4万円(25時間相当分/超過分は追加支給)

【賞与】年1回(12月)

・実績1.5ヵ月分

・業績および勤務成績を考慮いたします

※給与は経験・スキルを考慮の上、優遇いたします

9:40〜19:00(休憩時間80分)

※休憩時間は60分と20分で分割で取得することも可能です。
