認証/ログイン障害の調査・解決
基幹企業インフラおよび生産性環境のサポート
ID変更に関連する運用エスカレーションへの対応
運用手順書およびプロセスの維持管理
準備フェーズ全体を通じたサービス安定性の確保
日本語能力:ビジネスレベル(JLPT N2相当)英語能力:ビジネスレベル
