**Job Title:** Global IT Governance Specialist

**Contract Type:** Full-time

**Overall Description:** As a member of the Shiseido Global IT Leadership team in our Headquarter, you will play a crucial role in leading IT governance for Shiseido.

Our ideal candidate will facilitate and expedite some of the global IT governance pillars, including IT resource controlling, IT Finance, IT procurement, IT service portfolio, KPI tracking, and more.

You will act as a bridge between Global and Regions, serving as the contact person for your area from 6 Regions (Japan, APAC, China, TR, EMEA, and Americas) in HQ.

As a coordinator of your area, you will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including HQ executive expectations.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

We are looking for a skilled professional to take on 2-3 key roles within our IT Governance operations:

  • IT Strategy Planning PMO: Assist in business planning and enterprise architecture planning.
  • IT Portfolio Visualization: Help manage financial resources and human resources portfolio, as well as application systems portfolio.
  • Global IT Governance process's operation and improvement: Oversee demand management, IT finance, and IT procurement.
  • Global IT procurement operation and improvement: Manage contracts, global charges, negotiation, and vendor performance.
  • IT Finance operation: Coordinate cross-region charges and other financial tasks.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT project management, end-to-end solution delivery, and operation.
  • PMP or equivalent project management knowledge and skill is required.
  • Good understanding of information security and compliance requirements.
  • ITIL Foundation level of knowledge and experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in stakeholder management.
  • Problem-solving capability with strong logical thinking and data/situation analysis skills.
  • Mindset to challenge new journeys and enthusiasm to learn and explore with curiosity.

**Estimated Salary:** ¥15,000,000 - ¥20,000,000 per annum.
