Job Summary:
Skillful and experienced Customs Brokerage Specialist required to supervise junior officers, provide training, and manage time effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess branch management skills, have a deep understanding of customs laws and AEO policies, be proficient in troubleshooting, and excel at cross-functional communication.
As a licensed Customs Brokerage Specialist with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for documentation, cargo inspection, and application processes related to air freight, sea freight, food/animal/plant quarantine, and customs clearance.
This is a key position within the company that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise junior CB officers in the CB branch
- Train junior CB officers in the CB branch
- Time management for each CB officer in the CB branch
- Documentation for Export/Import declaration of Air Freight & Sea Freight
- Document check for Export & Import Declaration Draft
- Application for Food/Animal/Plant quarantine
- Cargo inspection at Customs/Bonded warehouse
Requirements:
- Branch management skill
- Compliance for Customs Brokerage related laws and our AEO policy
- Trouble shooting
- Cross-functional communication
We are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
