We are seeking a responsive and empathetic Guest Services Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand and have full knowledge of Hotel Information (Hotel information, Four Seasons information).
- Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Developing guest connection and gain feedback from the guest regarding their overall stay or specific issue in particular then actively seeking solution to resolve the problem
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer equipment and Microsoft Office Software, Opera and other technology required based on Four Seasons requirement.
- Flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
- Written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports.
- Ability to read, write and speak English and Japanese and other foreign language are preferable.

Schedule & Hours:
- 40 working hours per week.
