仕事内容

  • 所属部署のミッション

・国内、アジア、アフリカのプロジェクトにおいて、最適なリスク整理、資金調達実行とその建中・操業管理をすることで、各発電所の長期安定操業に貢献。

・金融機関との良好な関係維持とグループ大の資金管理を通じた資金効率の最適化による収益向上に貢献。

  • 主な業務

・日本/アジア/アフリカにおける風力/太陽光発電事業におけるリスク整理と資金調達

・新規開発支援

・資金調達済案件の建中・操業管理

・同社グループ全体での資金管理、為替管理等コーポレート業務

・金融機関との関係維持・発展や新規ファイナンス手法の検討、マーケット情報の共有等

  • 具体的な業務

・風力/太陽光発電事業に対するプロジェクトファイナンスを中心とする資金調達のための金融機関との折衝と融資関連諸契約の交渉/締結(キャッシュフローモデルや各種デューディリジェンス対応を含む)

・開発期間におけるファイナンス視点でのリスク精査やアドバイス、キャッシュフローチェック等の開発支援、ファイナンス組成時の各種契約のレンダー視点でのレビューやスケジュール調整などの社内各部署との調整業務

・国内を中⼼とする投資実行済風力/太陽光発電事業に関するコベナンツ対応やVotingなどのレンダーへの報告/承諾取得

・グループ全体の資金計画策定と資金繰り管理、それらに関する親会社財務部との連携、為替管理や為替予約。格付け取得・維持

・国内外の銀行、開発金融、証券会社、リース会社等との情報交換。各種ラーニングの共有

・事業者側でのプロジェクトファイナンスを中心とする資金調達手法の経験を積み専門性を磨くことができます。財務は国内/アジア/アフリカのほぼすべての案件に関与しており、邦銀に加え国際開発金融や外銀との折衝もあり、ファイナンスを軸に多様な経験とスキルを身に着けることができます。

・当面は財務部門にてご活躍いただきますが、その後本人の適性とご希望、ご経験等を踏まえ、経営企画や新規事業開発、海外開発担当などへ業務の幅を広げることができます。また、同様に適性・ご希望・ご経験等を踏まえ、将来的には海外駐在の可能性もあります。

  • 必須

<経験面>(1)・(2)のいずれかを充たす方

(1)再エネ業界、あるいは金融業界経験者(プロジェクトファイナンス等の経験があると尚望ましい)等

(2)事業会社等でプロジェクトファイナンスの経験のある方、またはコンサルで再エネ、金融プロジェクト経験のある方(目安:3年~5年)

<スキル、業務姿勢>

・英語に抵抗感のない方。 国内において風車を海外から買うため、契約書の精査等で語学力が必要となります。

・チームで働くのが好きな方(社内横断プロジェクトのプロマネ経験)

・海外駐在経験のある方、海外大学出身の方
