仕事内容


この仕事は、不動産を「売る営業」ではなく、

仲介会社が扱う物件を"買う側"として判断・企画する営業職です。

担当するのは、中古戸建を中心とした物件の情報収集から、

調査・査定・再販に向けた企画までの一連の流れです。

営業といっても、反響対応や飛び込み営業は行いません。

日々の業務は、不動産会社や関係各所と情報交換を行い、

「今、どんな物件が動いているか」を集めるところから始まります。

・実際の写真や動きを使い、業務を視覚的に理解できる

これらの仕組みにより、

不動産業界が初めての方でも、

業務の全体像を把握しながら段階的に成長していけます。

[仕事の流れ]

まずは、住友不動産販売や東急リバブルなどの

仲介会社をはじめ、賃貸会社、士業、金融機関などと

関係を築きながら、物件情報を集める役割を担います。

気になる物件が出てきたら、先輩社員と一緒に現地を確認し、

エリアの相場や過去事例をもとに「この物件は扱えるか」を検討します。

法的な確認や敷地・建物のチェックについても、

判断基準やチェック方法は社内で共有されており、

一人で判断を任されることはありません。
