- 仕事内容

弊社カスタマーセンター部門にて、
電話での問い合わせ対応をします。
ECサイトを通して
コンタクトレンズを購入された
お客様からのお電話が中心で、
配達や商品に関する問い合わせが多いです。
その他にも店舗に対する
ご意見をいただくことも。

・注文した商品の到着日時を変更したい
・店舗に対するご意見
・コンタクトレンズに関するご相談 など
お客様からの様々なお困りごとを
解決に導く大切なお仕事です。
こんなお仕事です
お客様からの声を直接聞き
解決できるので
「ありがとうございます」と
感謝されることも。
基本的には受電対応がメインです
コンタクトレンズは高度管理医療機器のため
慎重で丁寧な対応が大切です。
- コールセンターの受付時間は
10~13時、14時~18時です。
18時以降はお客様情報を整理したり
問い合わせ内容をPCにデータ入力します。
- 教育体制について

(step1)
コンタクトレンズの基礎知識について
学んでいただきます。
その後はOJTで先輩社員が横につき、
イチから流れを教えていきます。
トークスクリプトやマニュアルをもとに
ロールプレイングで練習も行います。
(step2)
実際に電話をとってみましょう
最初は先輩が手をとめて横で見守るので
困ったことがあれば
すぐにフォローできる環境で
電話応対に慣れていきましょう。
空き時間は入力作業などをお願いします。
(step3)
慣れてきたら
率先して受電対応をしましょう
※個人にもよりますが6ヶ月目~

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日
10:00~19:00(実働8h)
※残業は月平均5~10時間ほどで少なめ。
基本定時退社となります。
