【代理店事業責任者】戦略立案から経営者交渉までを担う統括リーダー
仕事概要
代理店チャネル(戦略代理店・提携代理店・紹介パートナー)全体を俯瞰し、 「代理店チャネルを"事業として成立させ、資産化する"こと」が最大のミッションです。 ・経営者レイヤーとの交渉 ・チャネル構造・契約・報酬設計 ・渉外組織のマネジメント ・トラブル・クレーム対応を含む対外責任 を一手に担う、代理店事業の責任者ポジションです。 代理店チャネルを"施策"ではなく"事業"として設計できます。 業務内容 1. 代理店チャネル戦略の設計・推進 ・戦略代理店/提携代理店/紹介パートナーの全体設計 ・中長期のチャネル構成ロードマップ策定 ・各チャネルの役割定義・KPI設計 ・フェーズ(Phase1〜3)に応じた注力ポイントの整理 2. 経営渉外・契約交渉 ・戦略代理店の経営者・責任者クラスとの契約交渉 ・契約条件・報酬体系・ランク設計の策定/見直し ・マインドシェア獲得を目的とした関係構築 ・重要代理店との中長期的なアライアンス構築 3. 渉外組織のマネジメント ・代理店渉外郡-1/郡-2のマネジメント ・KPI設計、進捗管理、方針決定 ・現場に出るべき局面でのハンズオン支援 ・渉外メンバーの育成・評価 4. リスク管理・トラブル対応 ・代理店とのトラブル・クレームの一次責任者 ・コンプライアンス・契約遵守の担保 ・社内(法務・経理・営業)との調整・意思決定 ・チャネル全体の健全性維持
必須スキル
・営業経験5年以上 ・マネジメント経験2年以上
歓迎スキル
・経営者レベルの営業、コンサル経験者 ・契約・報酬設計の知識 ・トラブル対応高度強度場面の経験

応募概要
給与
想定年収:800万円〜1000万円 月給:615,400円〜769,200円 (固定残業代45時間 159,200円〜198,900円を含む) ※45時間を超える時間外労働分については、別途支給いたします。 ※上記想定年収には決算賞与(1ヶ月分)を含みます ※ 経験・能力を考慮して決定 ※半年ごとに昇給のチャンスあり(評価:6月/12月)
