必要な条件/経験:

統計学、データ サイエンス、数学、物理学、経済学、オペレーションズ リサーチ、エンジニアリング、または関連する定量分野の学士号を取得していること。
分析とプログラミング言語(Python、R、SQL など)を使用して、プロダクトやビジネス上の問題解決に携わった 2 年以上の実務経験。
日本語と英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外の関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。

望ましい経験/スキル:

統計学、データ サイエンス、数学、物理学、経済学、オペレーションズ リサーチ、エンジニアリング、または関連する定量分野の修士号を取得していること。
線形モデル、多変量解析、因果推論、サンプリング手法などの統計データ分析に携わった経験。

BizOps チームのメンバーは、Google のリーダーシップ チームが取り上げた重要課題に対し、少人数で解決にあたります。このチームの一員として、徹底したデータ収集を行い、データ分析から知見を引き出し、そこから説得力のある提案を取りまとめるのがこのポジションの使命です。また、戦略をさらに推し進めるために上級レベルの幹部に対して提案を行い、実現に取り組むと同時にその効果測定も行っていただきます。

gReach プログラムは、障がいのある業界プロフェッショナル向けの有給スキルアップ プログラムです。12 か月の参加期間の間、皆様にはオンザジョブ トレーニングの形式で、さまざまなプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。gReach プログラムの目標は、参加者の皆様に、プロフェッショナルとしてキャリアを形成する機会を提供することです。

業務内容

販売取引、広告、ウェブとアプリのトラフィック、プロモーション、マクロ経済要因など、さまざまなマーケティング データセットに対して探索的データ分析(EDA)を実施する。
マーケティング ミックス モデリング(MMM)などの統計モデルと因果推論モデルを適用する。
調査で得られた分析情報を社内外の関係者にプレゼンテーションする。
