仕事内容
法人営業/製造業×DX領域【東京】〈労働力不足の業界をITで解決する×社会貢献〉
【仕事内容】
主に関東圏の製造業、ソフトウェア開発企業、新興系技術開発企業に対し、受託開発案件の提案ならびのソフトウェアの販売をお任せします。
また、受託開発案件の同社の窓口として、顧客および社内調整業務を担当。
【具体的には】
- 営業スタイル
既存顧客フォローが約7割、顧客紹介やHPなどからの問い合わせによる、新規顧客への提案営業が約3割です。
- 顧客
主に製造業もしくは製造業向けのソフトウェア開発企業であり、FA(ファクトリーオートメーション)、DX関連、IoT関連の案件が多く、
ソフトウェア開発およびシステムソリューションの提案を行います。
また自社および国内外の提携先企業のソフトウェア販売・拡販も担当いたします。
- 役割
顧客対応だけでなく、見積書作成~営業システム登録等の営業事務業務も一部営業担当が行います。
【入社後】
上司と一緒に既存のお客様からの引き合いへの対応、顧客のご要望のヒアリング、社内開発部門との打ち合わせ、
社内外の調整や折衝、契約締結や更新、受注後のプロジェクトフォロー等を行います。

年収:470~560 万円 月給制 基本給:244000円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:10時間 固定残業代:20000円 超過分は全額支給 変動手当:家族手当 配偶者5,000円、子10,000円/人資格手当地域手当 12,000~30,000円/月(居住地で変動、※東京23区内30,000円)通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり40000円) 賞与:あり 年2回(6月・12月) 昇給:あり 年1回(7月)
