神戸を中心に兵庫県で土木設計、測量、地質調査を行う建設コンサルタントです。

3期連続売上UPしており、土木設計では橋梁設計や道路、河川構造物設計を受注しております。

総合的な建設コンサルタントを担っており、あらゆるニーズにお応えしています。

《今回募集のポジションについて》

公共の道路や河川、橋などインフラ工事を行う場所に赴き、

その土地の位置、状態などを測量し、工事に必要な基準値等を算出、図面化します。

設計図の作成や工事のおおもととなる調査を担う、極めて重要で責任の大きい仕事です。

測量の種類や技術は非常に幅が広く、目的によって内容や規模もさまざま。

建造物を建てる際だけでなく土地の境界を分けるための測量もあります。

場所によっては明治時代の資料や図面をデジタル図面に起こし、それをもとに当時の土地の状態を再現するような作業も。

毎回現地状況や作業内容が違うので、常に新鮮な気持ちで仕事に取り組めます。

【残業時間が抑えられている理由】

受注段階で明確に業務量やスケジュール等の調整が取れているため、無理のない状態で、残業時間の抑制を実現しております。

17:30になると、定時を知らせるチャイムが鳴り、退社する社員も。
