【具体的な仕事内容】

・体験レッスンのカウンセリング、入会案内

・少人数レッスン(最大3名)指導

・受付業務、店舗運営(備品管理・清掃 など)

・希望者はマニュアル作成や研修講師にも挑戦可能

09:00 出勤・開店準備

10:00 グループレッスン

12:00 休憩

13:00 グループレッスン

15:00 体験レッスン&カウンセリング

17:00 グループレッスン

18:00 退勤

9:00~21:30の間で実働8時間(休憩60分)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥23,600(14時間相当分)を含む。14時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【年収例】

・入社1年目:年収320万円

・入社3年目:年収420万円

【賞与】

・年3回(8月・11月・2月)

・グレードにより金額が変動(実績:最大55万円/最低10万円)
