・アパートの販売契約関連業務
・ファンド組成の関連業務
・商品企画、商品管理
・仕入物件の管理から商品化まで
・販売決済関連業務
【具体的な流れ】
仕入契約完了後、プロジェクトチームで現地にて商品企画の打ち合わせを実施。
設計、工事、賃貸管理部門と連携し、投資家の視点に立って最初から最後まで関わります。

入社後、適性に応じて不動産開発部門や売買仲介部門への配属もあります。

勤務時間・曜日:
9:30~18:30 所定労働時間:8時間、休憩1時間、完全週休2日制、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇(10日〜勤続年数に応じて最大20日)、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥74,500(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
