勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間45分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

8:30~17:15(休憩1h)

※時差出勤OK

(上記が基本ですが、早出7:00~、8:00~等、遅出9:00~、10:00~等の勤務も可能)

残業少なめ

※残業月平均15~20時間程度

休日休暇

  • 年間休日120日以上
  • 完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日
  • 有給休暇

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万5000円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【賞与】

年2回(6月、12月)

※勤務期間に応じて支給

給与例


308万円/月給21.5万円+手当+賞与(年2回)

※上記年収は入社2年目以降のモデル年収例です。

~契約更新期間について~

1年(4月1日~翌年3月31日)

再度の契約更新の有無については、

契約期間中の業務量、勤務成績・態度、能力、経営状況、従事している業務の進捗状況等を総合的に考慮します。

※契約期間は最長3年です。
