成分検査や化学分析などを行ない、高品質な製品を生み出してください
【メイン業務は成分分析】
当社は夜に油脂とミールを製造。そのため、朝出勤したら、前日に製造された油脂の成分分析からスタートです。当社の規格を満たしているか、品質に問題がないかチェックを進めていきましょう。分析するのは、1日に10~15検体ほど。専用の測定装置を使いますが、マニュアルは完備。未経験の方もご安心ください。
【在庫管理も担当します】
製品に問題が無ければお客様のもとへ出荷。その際、社内にある在庫管理や出荷スケジュールの調整、お客様からの依頼品チェックなども進めていきます。月末処理など事務作業もお任せしますが、こちらも規定のフォーマット通りに埋めていけばOKです。
【仕事はしっかりと教えます】
当社のメイン製品となるのは「油脂」「飼料」「細菌検査」の3種類ですが、現在は3名の社員が分担中。将来的にはあなたに4人目として活躍いただきたいと考えています。そのため、入社後は会社のことから丁寧に説明。その後、1ヶ月ずつかけて、メイン製品の分析について覚えていきましょう。イチから丁寧にお教えするので、メキメキと成長できる環境です。分からないことは先輩社員に聞いたり、日報で質問したり、すぐに解決できるのも魅力。活きたスキルを身につけられます。
【工夫が大切な仕事です】
壁にぶつかることも多いこの仕事。その度に「もっとこうしたら良いのでは?」「他の方法を試してみよう」といった創意工夫ができる面白さがあります。当社も社員の提案を歓迎しており、機械や機材の導入も積極的に実施中です。トライアンドエラーを繰り返し、最終的に成功した時は、達成感を得られます

- 何かしらの化学分析・成分分析の実務経験がある方であれば、すぐに活躍できます

※残業はほとんどありません。多くて月5~10時間程です。

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 250000円 ~ 280000円
※試用期間は3ヶ月間です。その間、給与・待遇に変更はありません。
※経験・スキルを考慮して決定します。
※年収には年2回の賞与、決算賞与が含まれています。
