自社サービス「モノサシ採用」のカスタマーサクセス担当として、
サービス利用企業とのミーティング始め、問い合わせなどの対応をして頂きます。
業務例
クライアント企業とのミーティングにて、掲載中求人の進捗伺い
モノサシ採用を活用した求人票・スカウト文面修正方法のレクチャー
各種数値(PV,応募 等)のデータ反映
営業メンバー、開発エンジニアへの顧客の声の共有 etc...

求める人材:
【必須条件】
* 事業会社での営業経験(BtoB、BtoC問わず)またはコンサルティング経験 3年以上
* 顧客の課題をヒアリングし、解決策を提案・実行した経験
* 自ら目標を設定し、主体的に業務を推進できる方
* 論理的思考力、コミュニケーション能力
