管理業務(労務・育成等)経験者へ

労務・育成など「運営」に携わるからこその月給35万円~高待遇

実働は7時間

9:00〜17:00勤務。基本定時退社なのでプライベートも充実

もちろん休みも充実

土日祝休み&年間休日125日

事務時間あり

15時以降は書類作成の時間持ち帰り仕事はゼロ

孤独感なし

エリアに12名のサビ管仲間がいますチャットでいつでも相談可

【"書類が終わらない"という悩みは無縁】

利用者の滞在時間は10時〜15時まで

それ以降はスタッフの事務作業や会議の時間に充てているため、計画書の作成やアセスメント業務を勤務時間内にしっかり完結させることが可能です。

ご利用者20名に対し、

スタッフ5名体制で対応しています

送迎も1往復(1ピストン)で終わるため、サビ管が現場支援に追われて自分の仕事ができない、といったことはありません。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり140時間

9:00~17:00(実働7h・休憩60分)
