9:00〜17:00勤務。基本定時退社なのでプライベートも充実

もちろん休みも充実

土日祝休み&年間休日125日

事務時間あり

15時以降は書類作成の時間持ち帰り仕事はゼロ

孤独感なし

エリアに12名のサビ管仲間がいますチャットでいつでも相談可

全国70施設を展開する大手で安心

50法人のグループなので安定です

負担少なめです

送迎は1往復のみ。利用者20名を5名で手厚くサポート

・個別支援計画作成

・利用者へのアセスメント

・利用者面談

・利用者及びご家族へ支援計画の説明と交付

・支援計画の実施状況の把握(変更・修正・記録)

・就職支援

(管理業務は月給35万円スタート)

・労務対応

・従業員育成

・マニュアル書類などの管理

・役所への申請関係

・取引先対応

の「管理業務」ができる方は給与優遇します

(施設構成)

※ご利用者様:20名

※スタッフ:5名

【"書類が終わらない"という悩みは無縁】

利用者の滞在時間は10時〜15時まで

それ以降はスタッフの事務作業や会議の時間に充てているため、計画書の作成やアセスメント業務を勤務時間内にしっかり完結させることが可能です。

【優遇する資格】

・普通運転免許(AT限定可)

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり140時間

9:00~17:00(実働7h・休憩60分)

*基本残業はございません

発生しても別途残業代をお渡しいたします。
