仕事内容:

楽天市場やAmazonなどのECサイトを運営するお仕事です

主要モール又は自社サイトの店舗責任者として、

販売戦略の立案~実行、予実管理までEC運営業務全般をご担当いただきます。

▍主な仕事内容

・商品企画段階での市場・競合調査、販売戦略提案

・商品ごとの年間販売計画の立案

・クーポン発行・SEO対策・広告運用

・在庫・発注管理、キャッシュフローを意識した仕入れ指示

・各イベント対応(楽天スーパーセール、Amazonプライムデー等)

・サムネイルや商品ページの改善指示とディレクション

・分析に基づいた売上・広告レポートの作成と改善提案

・社長や社内運営コンサルと連携した全体戦略の実行

勤務時間・曜日:

9:15〜18:15(1日あたりの所定労働時間:8時間)

※フレックスタイム制度はございません。

勤務地:

落ち着いたエリアにあり、静かな環境で集中して働けます。

社内は禁煙ですが、屋外に喫煙エリアがあります。

埼玉高速鉄道「川口元郷駅」徒歩15分

・その他の交通手段:車・自転車通勤可(駐車場・駐輪場完備)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,000 〜 ¥320,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,200〜¥43,300(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与・報酬: 260,000円 - 320,000円 月給
