仕事内容:

2022年4月にリニューアルオープン、観光・ビジネスの拠点として使われる埼玉グランドホテル深谷にて料飲支配人業務をお任せします。

宴会場の給仕の部門とレストランの部門を統括してマネジメントして頂きます。

■職務詳細:

当ホテルの料飲部門に特化して、原価などの数字の管理やメニュー開発、企画・戦略の立案から運用までの指揮を執って頂きます。

■働き方:

シフト制なので流動的な面もありますが当ホテルでは経験豊富なスタッフが揃っていることもあり支配人の夜勤は原則ございません。

■キャリアパス:

当社は経験の長さよりも実力を判断して登用を行います。総支配人や統括支配人、取締役を目指すことも可能です。

■配属先情報:

総支配人・料飲副支配人・宴会場スタッフ(約11名)・レストランスタッフ(約12名)

埼玉グランドホテル深谷は設立35年の歴史あるホテルです。隣接する本庄市の元市長一族当時のホテル立ち上げに携わっており、行政やビジネスなど公の会食でも使用できるよう丁寧なホスピタリティを重視した運営を行っておりました。そのため宿泊利用だけでなく地域の名士や著名人による宴会・ウェディングでの利用も多く地元の方々3代に渡り長く愛されています。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥320,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥29,127(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
